Thousands of years ago, two meteors fell from the Heavens towards Earth. One landed in Central Mexico, causing the Chicxulub Crater. From this meteor Armageddos appeared, an alien monster of immense power. Quickly adapting to the environment, he enslaved the local Aztec tribes and created the mighty Aztec Empire. The Aztecs did his bidding, afraid and amazed of his power. He ruled with an iron fist and gave immense gifts only to his most favourite slaves. But this alas was his downfall. Weakened by his legendary fight against his own brother, Apocalypto, he returned to his empire to be healed by his shamans but was turned on. They, using the powers he had himself given them, managed to imprison him in a magical temple of gigantic size. With his last breath he cursed them to damnation and that soon they would all perish. Centuries, his curse came true when Cortez arrived and wiped out the Aztecs.
Now in the year 2007, exactly 1000 years after his imprisonment, the magical bindings of the Temple have weakened and deep underground in the labyrinths of the mighty temple, something stirs......

Thats what legend says, at least.He is from a different dimension then Geckoro's, which is why the Moon Demon has never been seen there.Volcanus was revealed to come from the same plain of existance as he did(She was his second-in-command), but was sucked into Geckoro's dimension by another monster, Tri-Jaw, while trying to break Armageddos free from his bonds.

When Geckoro found a portal in Felarya that led to his dimension, he tried to use it to get rid of a baby Volcanus that was created from his dimension's Sun.When the released Armaggedon attacked him, not even Geckoro's Super Geckoro form was enough to stop him.Later, when he tries to leave with the baby Volcanus, convince he can lead it to a path of good, Armaggedos offers to take the child and leave Geckoro's dimension alone, but Geckoro tells Armaggedos that he would just raise her to be evil, and that he would invade his dimension anyway.Even when asked again, Geckoro said no.Telling the Thunder Lizard he had made an unwise choice, Armageddos jumps at him, jaws agape and roaring.Geckoro then jumped backwards into the portal, and destroys it by overloading it with energy.Armageddos is knocked away from the portal by the massive implosion, which, unluckily, was floating over his throne, causing the massive temple to collapse onto the Moon Demon.His current status is unknown.

In the Millenium Series, he is a main villain to Geckoro.
